Returns policy if order is damaged.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact Rare events within 7 days of receipt. We will replace or refund the damaged goods, the original postage charge will not be refunded. We may ask to see picture evidence of the damage in order to take up the matter with third party companies. Please do not return the damaged goods without prior agreement as postage may not be refunded.
Please bear in mind that when Helium balloons are exposed to cold temperatures, they may not appear fully inflated. However, after being left in room temperature, they should fully inflate once again.

This section only applies to party supplies/party boxes purchased on our online shop and does not apply to any pre filled balloon orders including those picked up from premises or delivered to your door.
If you change your mind about an order, please notify us and return the item within 14 days of receipt. Providing the items are returned in their original condition, any sealed packages unopened and items are in re-saleable condition, a refund for the cost of the goods or replacement will be issued to the customer. This refund or replacement will only be issued to the customer once the goods have been received and checked over by a member of staff to ensure they have not been used. When returning please obtain a free proof of posting from the post office to enable you to make a claim if the goods should go missing in transit. When returning goods it is your responsibility to make sure they are packed correctly to avoid being damaged. When an order is returned to Rare events, the customer bears the risk of the goods, and is held responsible for them until they are received by Rare events.
